Electrical engineering, smart building and energy management

We take full technical responsibility — across four pillars: electrical engineering, smart building, energy management and design documentation. One partner for every discipline, from concept to commissioning.

01

Electrical engineering

Complete strong and low current design — from power supply, distribution and protection to network, security and AV infrastructure, coordinated with architecture and interiors.

  • Power supply and distribution boards
  • Load calculation
  • Backup power and UPS
  • Grounding and equipotential bonding
  • Structured cabling and network
  • CCTV and access control
  • Alarm systems and intercom
  • Technical room coordination
02

Smart building

Integration of all systems into one coordinated, automated and discreet system. We build on the open KNX standard, in close cooperation with lighting and interior designers. In practice, light behaves naturally, shading follows the rhythm of the day, and climate control does not require constant adjustment.

  • Integration of lighting, shading and HVAC
  • Scenes and automation logic
  • Sensors, touch panels and visualization
  • Security and AV within the system
  • KNX as the open standard (the foundation)
  • Coordination with lighting and interior designers
03

Energy management

An equal pillar: measurement, optimization and integration of renewables. We design energy early, together with the installation and the smart building.

  • Energy monitoring and sub-metering
  • Photovoltaics (PV) integration
  • Battery storage (ESS)
  • EV charging and load management
  • HVAC consumption optimization
  • Energy dashboards and visualization
04

Technical coordination

On demanding projects, the greatest value is not in an individual system, but in the way systems work together. When the mechanical design is not yet defined, we can involve trusted partners and coordinate HVAC, electrical engineering, automation and energy as one functional whole.

  • HVAC interfaces, heating, cooling and ventilation
  • Coordination of heat pumps, heat recovery and comfort zones
  • Cooling ceilings, humidity control and dew point monitoring
  • Aligning mechanical systems with KNX / automation
  • Early coordination of architecture, interiors and MEP routes
05

Design documentation

Clear, repeatable documentation across all project stages — ready for review, tender and execution.

  • Concept design
  • Detailed design
  • Tender documentation
  • Execution drawings
  • As-built documentation
  • Coordination drawings

Services are visible through the way we work

Electrical engineering, smart building and energy management are not separate equipment lists. In a real project, they meet through drawings, interiors, interfaces, mechanical systems and execution.

Working electrical design excerpt
Design documentation as a basis for coordination, not only for paperwork.
Home control integrated into the interior
Smart buildings must respect the space and atmosphere of the interior.
Processed interface preview for lighting, shading and climate
Energy and comfort control must have a clear logic for the user.

Technical questions

Four pillars: electrical engineering (strong and low current), smart building (integration on the KNX standard), energy management and design documentation — all within one coordinated project.
Electrical engineering is the "physical" layer — strong and low current installations. The smart building is the integration and automation layer that connects those installations into one coordinated system with scenes. Smart building →
KNX is the open standard we build smart buildings on — a technology, not a separate business category. A detailed technical overview is on the KNX page.
Yes — an equal pillar, not an add-on. It covers measurement, optimization and integration of renewables and is designed from the early stage. Energy management →
Yes. We design integration of photovoltaics (PV), battery storage (ESS) and EV chargers with dynamic load management, connected to the smart building system.
Yes. We deliver complete documentation (incl. as-built), and during execution we supervise, coordinate with contractors, parameterize in ETS and commission all functions.
