Project types

Each building type combines our three pillars differently — electrical engineering, smart building and energy management. Below — how we approach the most common categories of luxury residential and premium projects.

Residential
Luxury villas
Large buildings with multiple zones and heavy loads (pool, wellness). The smart building integrates lighting, shading and HVAC; energy comes to the fore — PV systems, batteries (ESS) and EV charging with load management, plus zone-based energy monitoring. The technical room and distribution boards are sized with reserve; KNX (within the smart building) ensures reliability across a large footprint.
Residential
Private residences
Technology aligned with the interior and the occupants' habits: lighting and shading scenes, CCTV, access control and network. Energy is planned as desired — PV and batteries, EV charging and consumption monitoring. One point of contact from specification to commissioning.
Residential
Penthouses
A compact space with high demands and a small technical room — careful sizing of rack and distribution cabinets and routing is decisive. Multiroom AV, automated shading and scenes through the smart building; EV charging in the garage with load management and energy monitoring.
Hospitality
Boutique hotels
A per-room smart building (HVAC, lighting, key-card contact, guest scenes) with central monitoring. Per-room energy efficiency, HVAC optimization and energy monitoring reduce operating costs; PV and batteries additionally; CCTV and access control for common areas.
Residential
Premium apartments
High quality in a standard footprint: lighting scenes, shading and quality control through the smart building, plus network and CCTV. Where possible, readiness for EV charging and metering at apartment level.
Commercial
High-end commercial interiors
Showrooms, offices and premium retail where lighting and ambience shape the experience. Scenographic lighting control, AV and a reliable network; CCTV and access control; HVAC optimization and energy monitoring for operating costs. Rack cabinets and the technical room come first.
Wellness
Private wellness / spa areas
A humid environment calls for careful equipment selection and moisture protection. Atmosphere scenes (light, temperature, sound) through the smart building; HVAC and dehumidification optimized. As energy-intensive areas — energy monitoring and integration with PV/batteries where present.
Residential
Residential compounds
Multiple units with shared infrastructure: repeatable specification, standardized distribution and rack cabinets, central monitoring of common areas. Shared energy systems (PV, batteries), EV charging with load management at compound level and per-unit energy monitoring.

By building type

All three pillars — electrical engineering, smart building and energy management — apply to every building, but scope and emphasis change: villas need extensive topology and stronger energy, hotels need per-room automation and central monitoring, and penthouses need careful cabinet sizing in a small space.
Not automatically — according to the project's needs and goals. What we always do is plan routing, space and wiring early so PV, batteries (ESS) and EV charging can be installed now or later without costly changes.
We size the technical room, distribution boards and rack cabinets to the scope of the system, with reserve for upgrades. In smaller buildings (penthouses, apartments) this is especially important because space is limited.
Hotels require per-room automation with central monitoring and per-room energy efficiency, while private residences focus on scenes tailored to the occupants' habits and discreet integration. The KNX standard covers both — more on the Smart building page.
Yes. Beyond luxury residential projects we also work on high-end commercial interiors (showrooms, offices, premium retail), where scenographic lighting, AV, a reliable network and energy monitoring come first.
